Carlsberg ‘Miracle Can’ celebrates 20th anniversary of Liverpool FC’s famous Champions League victory
Danish brewer Carlsberg has produced a limited-edition can that celebrates the ‘Miracle of 2005’, the Champions League final between Liverpool and AC Milan that’s widely regarded as one of the greatest football matches of all time. The ‘Miracle Can’, designed by Copenhagen-based creative agency Worth Your While, merges Carlsberg’s iconic green with Liverpool’s unmistakable red, and is covered with time stamps linking back to crucial moments during the game. Alongside the can’s launch, Liverpool players who featured in that final (Jerzy Dudek, Sami Hyypiä and Vladimír Šmicer) have reunited in a short film.
