London Design Festival 2026 to include feel good symposium series on wayfinding and placemaking

The Sign Design Society (SDS) and the London Chapter of the Society for Experiential Graphic Design (SEGD) have teamed up once again for the annual design festival that takes place throughout the city. On Thursday 17 September in Holborn, ‘Positive Places’ will bring together a range of speakers exploring some of the positive and exciting developments in global wayfinding and placemaking.

Following on from last year’s symposium on the future of the industry, the SDS and SEGD are back at London Design Festival. This edition will see six speakers from organisations including f.r.a. and LDA Design explore topics ranging from bold, people-first design to smart new tech.
