The Chicago-based executive search and talent strategy firm turned to 50,000feet to redesign its wordmark, visual identity and website. Hoping to raise Baker Montgomery’s awareness with Fortune 1000 talent executives and strengthen the firm’s positioning, the update by the global brand consultancy also includes a new verbal expression which aims to create a more conversational yet direct personality to guide audiences at every brand touchpoint.
