The Biscuitorium: Fortnum & Mason opens immersive biscuit destination
Fortnum & Mason has unveiled The Biscuitorium at its Piccadilly flagship in collaboration with Design Bridge and Partners and Design Theory, transforming its biscuit offering into a theatrical retail destination complete with collectable packaging, musical tins and handcrafted displays. Inspired by Fortnum’s historic association with clocks, the identity introduces a playful visual world designed to drive discovery, gifting and shareability across physical and digital touchpoints. Spanning more than 200sqm, the immersive concept combines heritage recipes with new formats including the 400g Whoppalossus biscuit and a Biscuits for Drinks range, positioning biscuits as both an indulgence and a global retail experience.
