Global strategy and design studio Dalziel & Pow has designed the first London store for Scottish handbag and accessory brand Islander, translating its heritage of craftsmanship into a contemporary retail experience. Inspired by Harris Tweed, leather and tartan, the space combines earthy tones, tactile materials and immersive storytelling to celebrate the brand’s connection to place and making. At the heart of the store is a dedicated workshop where customers can customise their own satchels, turning shopping into a hands-on experience centred around creativity, discovery and connection.
