We Launch rebrands e-wallet platform Swapi
Brand agency We Launch developed a new brand identity for e-wallet platform Swapi as it looks to revolutionise the loyalty sector upon its launch later this month. Swapi works with different banks to enable brands to shift unredeemed loyalty points at zero cost.
We Launch was tasked with reinventing Swapi’s existing brand assets, which had existed across both physical and digital touchpoints, for a digital-first consumer experience. The new identity is centred around the refreshed brand icon, the ‘S.’ The reinvented logo aims to be more ownable and drive stand-out within a digital wallet.
“We wanted Swapi’s launch to be accompanied by a bold and vibrant visual identity which is representative of their role as a real market disruptor and flexibility works across both its B2C and B2B target audiences. By leveraging the brand’s USPs, we were able to create an identity which focuses on the key benefits for both audiences and drives stand-out within a digital wallet,” says Stuart Lang, founder and creative director at We Launch.
The new logo was also used to craft a ‘super graphic,’ providing a refreshed visual language which the previous Swapi brand lacked. This, together with the vibrant colour palette of contrasting oranges and purples, seeks to create a sense of visual excitement. The movement in the logo and typography aims to reflected the brand’s ability to unlock loyalty points across multiple vendors.
