Talkdesk enters next decade with new brand
San-Francisco-based global customer experience (CX) platform Talkdesk, embarked on the next phase of growth with a new logo and tagline that reflects the company’s commitment to being at the forefront of CX innovation.
The new tagline ‘experience a better way’ encapsulates Talkdesk’s founding ethos: to help organisations round the world build brand trust and loyalty through customer experiences.
Talkdesk’s reimagined logo reflects its commitment to helping companies connect every engagement moment into customer journeys that are personalised, productive and profitable. The new corporate identity includes a fresh purple colour palette and updated brand elements, featuring inclusive and diverse visual representations and illustrations that reflect the importance of human connection.

The rebrand includes a website relaunch in five new languages (Brazilian Portuguese, French, German, Portuguese and Spanish )and the introduction of two subbrands, Talkdesk Worspace, a customisble user interface, and Talkdesk Builder, a set of tools for unlimited and accelerated contact center customization.
