Factorial HR rebrands five years after launching

HR software company, Factorial HR, has unveiled a new brand identity for the first time since its inception five years ago. The brand refresh is complemented by the launch of Factorial Community, a new community forum dedicated to the HR industry.

The new brand aims to showcase a more modern and warmer brand which still pays homage to the company’s core vision, of putting people at the centre of company management. Similarly, the new forum hopes to bring together those working in HR and people management, offering a new way to communicate with each other.

Having launched just five years ago, the rebrand also represents a way for the company to reboot and rebuild from within. The new brand identity aims to showcase Factorial's belief that HR is about the emotional connection between companies and their people. 

“We’ve worked incredibly hard on the brand refresh; we wanted it to not only encompass us as a brand – who we are and what we stand for – but showcase that people are at the forefront of everything we do. This follows through into Factorial Community,” says Bernat Farrero, CEO of Factorial HR.

The new colour scheme was chosen to reflect the vibrant and dynamic environment at Factorial. The more modern and warmer ‘Radical Red' is complemented with a secondary colour palette of 'Viridian Green,’ which aims to represent the more rational side of the company. The rebrand also includes a new Fira Sans font, which was designed with legibility, and a refreshed visual universe created to emphasise teams, people and authentic moments.
