For the fifth year, the Employer Brand Management Awards is announcing its shortlist. After deliberation by a panel of expert judges, the shortlist has set a high standard for work in the attraction, engagement and retention of employees.

Companies have had to compete more ferociously for great talent while ensuring they foster cultures of inclusion and encourage professional development and brand affinity among their employees. No easy task, these challenges have been met with creativity, discipline and commitment.

This year, competition was fierce in the ‘Best short-term or one-off employee brand campaign’ and ‘Best digital communication of the employer brand’ categories. Each sees six companies shortlisted. ‘Best use of social media in the management or promotion of the employer brand,’ similarly impressed the judges, resulting in a shortlist of six. GVC and SAP both grabbed a total of seven shortlist places while the AA was shortlisted six times.

Judges examine each entry fully to determine those with the most creative, successful and effective employer brand management programmes. Winners will be announced at the gala ceremony on 26 March. Tables can be reserved here.

Entries are still being accepted into the 2020 Internal Communications & Engagement Awards.
