The Canadian Bureau for International Education (CBIE), a non-profit association dedicated to advancing the country’s international education, has launched its new sector-led brand, ‘Learn Canadian.’ In order to position Canada as the most open-minded and inspiring location for education, CBIE partnered with ARK Agency to build the brand from scratch.

Learn Canadian rolled out across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the Americas. The goal? Highlight Canada’s instinctive openness, inclusivity and creativity, along with its world-class institutions and stunning natural landscapes. ARK Agency worked to build every element of the brand, including the logo, brand world and application, to capture what makes studying in Canada unique.

The straightforward logo depicts a maple leaf inside a book icon. Forests, mountains and lakes feature at the forefront of the campaign, which blends classroom learning with scenic, outdoor exploration in a natural blue and green colour scheme. Cinematic storytelling, combined with digital-first engagement, showcases Canadians and the landscape they live in, showing students not just where they can study but who they can become.

“These are rare and challenging times. The students of the world are looking for countries and institutions that can open their minds to exciting new possibilities,” says Mike Wilton, founder at ARK Agency. “Learn Canadian is an invitation to learn differently, to experience a country that combines academic excellence and breathtaking locations with genuine warmth and welcome. That message feels especially powerful right now.”
