Transform Awards proudly announces ANZ 2024 winners

ANZ Winners

For the past five years, the Transform Awards has recognised the very best of rebranding and brand development throughout the Australia-New Zealand region. In Sydney tonight, the Awards once again celebrated the agencies and creative teams excelling in strategy execution, content and evaluation.

The best of the bunch on the night was undoubtedly Huon and the thrills™, which scooped up the highly sought-after ‘Grand prix’ award. The Australian salmon producer needed a bold identity after its previous brand failed to live up to the mark. This project provided that and then some. The “beautiful” redesign, as one judge described it, also won three Golds, making it a worthy winner.

Elsewhere, it was also a fantastic night for Inner West Film Fest and Yonder Creative. Along with winning two Golds and one Bronze, the “terrific entry” also took home the Transform Awards’ ‘Best overall visual identity’. Its humorous identity was deemed highly appropriate given the Sydney-based film festival has strong connections with the comedy genre.

Other big winners included those from Transform’s Special Recognition category. Judges thought Principals’ Charlie Rose a real team player, leading to him winning the ‘Best strategist of the year’ award. Dan Clark of Creatik Design took home the ‘Creative director of the year’, while Hulsbosch’s Nick Mooney won ‘Young contender of the year’.

The panel of expert judges, who carefully examined every project entered this year, hailed from a wide variety of credible organisations including New Zealand Olympic Committee and Sydney Opera House. They focused on creativity, innovation, strategic excellence and implementation in determining the best projects this year.

The special awards evening was held at the Jones Bay Heritage Wharf in Sydney. The full list of winners is as follows:
