You can book your table by completing the form below. Upon completing the form you can pay online, alternatively, you can call the office on +44 (0)20 3950 5356 and pay by card.
Please note, all table invoices must be settled within 14 days. If this invoice has been raised less than 14 days before the awards event, it must be settled before the event itself.
Once your booking has been processed, cancelation terms will apply. If you cancel 30 full working days before the event date you will be charged a 20% cancelation fee. No cancelations will be accepted after this date and full payment is due.
Transform magazine cannot offer refunds due to a terrorist alert, act of God or the curtailment of public transport unless the event is cancelled.

All cancelations must be made in writing by email to lditcher@transformmagazine.net and a confirmation email will be sent to you in reply to the request. It is the booker’s responsibility to ensure that we have received the cancelation. Please keep a record of this confirmation in case of any queries. Cancelations received up to 30 full working days before the event will be charged a 20% cancelation fee. No cancelations can be accepted after this date and full payment is due.
