After selling For The People he joined Koto in 2023 to build the business across the APAC region.

In 2006, she led the landmark rebrand of National to NAB, and since then has driven a series of transformations that bring vibrancy, clarity and relevance to the brand. Today, under her leadership, NAB’s identity is one of the most distinctive in the market – modern, energetic and instantly recognisable. Mike Tosetto

Mike Tosetto is the Director & Founder of Never Sit Still, a Sydney based animation studio known for crafting design-led motion for some of the world’s biggest brands. With a background in branding and design, Mike built the studio from the ground up, and over the years it’s grown into a top tier, globally respected animation studio.  

At Never Sit Still, Mike leads a close-knit team of handpicked creatives, producing work for clients including Adobe, Google, Atlassian, Meta, Coinbase, Spotify and more. His passion lies in motion branding, the art of building dynamic systems that transform strategic ideas into living, breathing brands.

A long standing contributor to the creative community, Mike has chaired AGDA in NSW and spoken at leading industry events including SXSW Sydney, The Design Conference, Node Fest, Adobe Symposium, and many others. He’s a big believer in values that are deeply woven into the studio’s DNA, including collaboration, craft, and culture.


Known for his energy, collaborative spirit and love of making things move, clients enjoy working with him, and according to his wife, he’s the loudest person she knows (and she’s never wrong).

Nick understands how sound propels brand success, recognising its pivotal role in conveying a brand's personality. His contributions have been instrumental in shaping the sonic identities of many renowned brands worldwide, including those with roots in Australia. He Co-founded the acclaimed sound studio, Smith and Western, in 2010 and has curated soundtracks for countless projects, showcasing his decades-long expertise as a composer, sound designer, and creative director. Nick consistently brings a depth of knowledge and skill to every project he undertakes.
