Crafting an employer brand
Employees are the heart of any business. To maintain a positive working culture, a good external reputation and clear lines of communications throughout the business requires a collaborative effort between leadership, communicators, brand managers, HR people and others.
Effectively outlining a strategy for a company’s employer brand will help these stakeholders achieve their goals for employees, potential employees and corporate alumni.
Transform's sister title, Communicate magazine, along with brand consultancy Emperor, is examining the employer brand management process. The survey, open to in-house communications professionals, asks the most relevant questions about employer brand management, including: ‘Is employer brand management viewed as a strategic consideration by your CEO and/or leadership team?’ and ‘Do investors understand the value of human capital?’
