Reserve a table

The Transform Awards is the Middle East and Africa's only dedicated celebration of rebranding, repositioning and brand development. The 2024 winners will be revealed at a wonderful awards evening on 21 May 2024.

You can book your table by completing the form below. Upon completing the form you can pay online, alternatively, you can call the office on +44 (0)20 3950 5356 and pay by card.

Please note, all table invoices must be settled within 14 days. If this invoice has been raised less than 14 days before the awards event, it must be settled before the event itself.

Once your booking has been processed, cancellation terms will apply. If you cancel 30 full working days before the event date you will be charged a 20% cancellation fee. No cancellations can be accepted after this date and full payment is due.

Transform magazine cannot offer refunds due to a terrorist alert, act of God or the curtailment of public transport unless the event is cancelled.

 

Platinum table – USD$6200

  • Pre-dinner drinks reception for all guests
  • Exclusive meet-and-greet table during the drinks reception
  • Table of 10 in the Platinum area (close to stage)
  • Three-course dinner
  • Half a bottle of wine per person or a range of soft drinks (please contact the events team if this is your preference)
  • Additional fizz celebration served to the guests at your table during the event
  • Mineral water
  • Book of the night for each table guest
  • Contact details and logo in the table plan
  • Full page advertisement in the book of the night
  • Thought leadership piece to run online at www.transformmagazine.net
  • A trophy per shortlisted entry

Gold table – USD$5350

  • Pre-dinner drinks reception for all guests
  • Table of 10 in the Gold area
  • Three-course dinner
  • Half a bottle of wine per person or a range of soft drinks (please contact the events team if this is your preference)
  • Mineral water
  • Book of the night for each table guest
  • Contact details and logo in the table plan
  • Half page advertisement within the book of the night
  • A trophy per shortlisted entry


Silver table – USD$4800

  • Pre-dinner drinks reception for all guests
  • Table of 10
  • Three-course dinner
  • Half a bottle of wine per person or a range of soft drinks (please contact the events team if this is your preference)
  • Mineral water
  • Book of the night for each table guest
  • A trophy per shortlisted entry
