Eligibility & rules
Entries are accepted for the Transform Awards MENA 2016 from the following countries;
United Arab Emirates
Work that has been developed, launched, or implemented between September 2014 and March 2016 by any countries listed above will be accepted. Projects undertaken outside the MENA region will be accepted if the target audience is within the above countries.
Enter by midnight (GMT) on 21 January 2016 to receive US$100 discount from your total entry free. Our final deadline is midnight (GMT) 10 March 2016.
All entries must be paid for prior to the judging day. Any entries we have not received payment for will not be reviewed by the judging panel.
Entries for the Transform Awards MENA 2016 must come from agencies or clients in this region. As stated above, you are able to submit if you are outside the region as long as it is relevant to an audience within the MENA region.
Files cannot be larger than 10MB.
If the organisation of a juror enters into the Transform Awards, they will not review their organisations submission. Where possible, jurors are not made aware of the identity of any third party organisations that carry out the work until after decisions have been made, eliminating all bias. All entry materials will be retained by Cravenhill Publishing, the organisers of the Transform Awards. Please do not send us materials for which you do not have a duplicate, as we will not return entered materials.
Ensure you have secured the appropriate rights and clearances for all materials and images submitted. The Transform Awards will not be liable for any copyright, trademark, patent infringement or for non-payment grievances held against entrants.
By submitting your entry, you agree to let the judging panel see all information included. All winning entries will be written up and published, please mark any information you would not like to be published as confidential.
Transform magazine does not publish or distribute any of the entries outside of the judging and copywriting process.
Decisions made by the jury are final.
